FAQ

Before you order

My employer no longer exists. Is it hopeless?

No. Personnel files from liquidated companies are transferred to successors or to state archives. Tracing where they went is a large part of this service.

Do I need this for a pension abroad?

Usually yes. Foreign pension authorities need documented Polish periods of employment to combine them with local ones.

Can you also get ZUS contribution records?

Yes – they are a separate document and often requested together.
