A document service, not a law firm
PoloniaHub obtains official Polish documents and deals with Polish offices on your behalf under a written power of attorney. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent clients in court or in contentious proceedings. Where a case needs a Polish advocate (adwokat) or legal adviser (radca prawny), a notary, or a sworn translator, we say so and you instruct them directly.
Decisions on citizenship, civil status records and register entries are made by the Polish authorities, not by us. We prepare and submit complete files and keep you informed, but we cannot promise a particular outcome, and our fee covers the agreed work and included costs rather than a guaranteed decision.
