Before you write to us

How much does it cost?

Most single documents fall between 95 and 165 EUR including delivery, depending on the document and the add-ons you choose. You always confirm the exact amount before anything is charged.

How long does it take?

Documents held by a civil registry usually take 2–4 weeks. Older archive searches take 4–8 weeks. Citizenship confirmation is a different order of magnitude – typically 3–6 months.

What if you cannot find the record?

It happens, especially with pre-war records. You receive a formal search report documenting where we looked, which most authorities accept as evidence of a diligent search.

Do you work with genealogists and law firms?
