Arrange your Polish sworn translation

  • A named professional

Translations are made and certified by sworn translators entered on the list kept by Poland’s Minister of Justice.

  • Registration you can check

Every sworn translator can be checked in the official Ministry of Justice directory.

  • One request with your document

Add a translation to a birth certificate, KRS, land register or employment record order and we confirm a combined quote.

  • Price agreed first

We quote after checking the document. Paid work starts only after you accept the scope and price.

Start your translation request

Describe the document and the language direction. We confirm the price, the number of certified copies and the delivery date before payment.

How it works

  1. Describe the document

Choose the language direction, give an approximate page count and tell us your deadline. Do not paste sensitive document contents into the enquiry.

  2. We arrange document review

We explain how to provide the material and whether an original or a copy is needed for the agreed service.

  3. Approve the scope and price

The quote confirms the documents, copies, format, timing and delivery. Paid work starts after agreement and payment arrangements.

  4. Receive the agreed translation

We coordinate delivery and keep you informed if further information is needed.

Apostille and translation

Get the order right

If the receiving organisation wants an apostille, have it attached before the translation, so that the translated set includes the apostille. A sworn translator’s certification covers what was in front of them.

Read the apostille guide
  1. 1

    Obtain the document

The original Polish public document, from the registry or your own files.

  2. 2

    Add the apostille

Issued in Poland by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for most documents.

  3. 3

    Translate the set

The sworn translation covers the document and its apostille. The translation can be apostilled too, as a separate document.

Good to know

What to know before you order

The points that most often decide whether a translation is accepted.

Translator’s seal

A sworn translator certifies with a seal showing their name, the language and their position on the Ministry of Justice list.

Original or copy

The certified translation states whether it was made from the original, a copy or another translation, and carries its repertory number.

Ask the recipient first

Check whether it needs a Polish sworn translation, another form of certification, an original document or an apostille. One format is not accepted everywhere.

Timing

We confirm a delivery date after document review and checking translator availability. Tell us any deadline before accepting the quote.

Extra copies

The form separates copies of the source document from certified copies of its translation. For more than 10 copies, describe your needs in the notes.

Sensitive data

Do not paste document contents into the enquiry. We explain how to provide the material once we have reviewed the request.

FAQ

Before you order

Short answers to the questions we hear most often about sworn translations.

How much does it cost?

We quote individually after checking the document, language direction, length, legibility, number of certified copies and delivery requirements. There is no fixed translation price at this stage.

How long will it take?

We confirm a delivery date after document review and checking translator availability. Tell us any deadline before accepting the quote; urgency and postal transit are assessed separately.

Can I order extra copies?

Yes. The form separates copies of the source document from certified copies of its translation. We confirm availability and the additional cost before payment. For more than 10 copies, describe your needs in the notes.

How can I check the translator?

Sworn translators are entered on the list kept by the Minister of Justice, which you can search in the official directory.

What does the quote include?

The agreed translation and certification, our coordination, the number of copies and the delivery method. Any apostille, legalisation, additional originals or postage are identified in the quote; they are not automatically included in a document retrieval price.

Can the translation be apostilled?

Yes. The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs apostilles sworn translations directly. If the document itself needs an apostille, have it attached before the translation.
