Your next step

Start with your case

Price confirmed after case review. Send an outline to receive a quote for the agreed service.

How it works

  1. Describe your case

Give a short outline, the countries involved and the documents you hold. We arrange any document review needed to define the quote.

  2. Confirm the scope and price

We explain the proposed work, the total price and any professional involvement. No paid work begins without your agreement.

  3. Agree the next step

After acceptance and payment arrangements, we prepare the agreed documents or review and explain anything you need to sign or supply.

  4. Receive updates and the agreed result

We coordinate the agreed work and keep you informed. Authority decisions and processing times remain with the relevant office or court.

Service scope

What this service covers

The documents and administrative route are confirmed for your situation.

A foreign record, registered in Poland

Transcription transfers the content of an official foreign birth, marriage or death record into the Polish civil register. It differs from ordering a copy of an existing Polish record.

Documents for the application

The application normally needs the foreign original and an accepted Polish translation. We confirm the documents and any applicable translation exception for your case.

Authority to act

An applicant may act through a representative. We prepare the authority for the agreed administrative steps and identify any declarations that you must make personally.

One coordinated request

Tell us if you also need a Polish copy, correction of the resulting record, or help with a later PESEL or citizenship document request. We agree each part before work begins.

FAQ

Before you order

Short answers to the questions we hear most often.

Is this the same as ordering a Polish birth certificate?

No. This service concerns a certificate issued abroad that needs registration in Poland. If the record is already registered in Poland, you may only need a Polish certificate copy.

Can you help with a child born abroad?

Yes. Describe the foreign birth record and what the family needs. We confirm the administrative scope and documents before quoting.

Must I send my original immediately?

No. Start with a short description. We explain which documents are needed and how to provide them after the scope is agreed.

What will it cost?

Price is confirmed after case review. Your quote sets out the scope, timing and payment arrangements. No payment is taken when you submit a quote request.
