Scope and price
We assess the parcel details and the stated entitlement, identify the relevant office, prepare and submit the application and handle correspondence and delivery arrangements. We may need a signed authority and evidence of legal interest before submission. The office decides whether the documents can be released. Additional authentication or translation is quoted separately. Your agreed price covers the confirmed document request, our work, the standard official fee and standard postal delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete details can prevent the request from being completed. The receiving organisation decides which format and authentication it accepts.
