How much does it cost?
Prices start from €145 and vary depending on the document, complexity and services required. We confirm the full price, including the agreed official costs and any extras, before payment.
How long does it take?
Documents held by a civil registry usually take 2–4 weeks. Older archive searches take 4–8 weeks. Citizenship cases have two stages: document gathering typically takes 2–4 months, followed by the authority’s decision. Its statutory deadline is six months, excluding specified waiting periods; complex cases may take longer.
What if you cannot find the record?
If the record cannot be found, you receive a written report of the offices and archives searched. The receiving authority decides whether that report meets its requirements. Tell us what the document is for before we begin.
Do you work with genealogists and law firms?
Yes. A large share of our work comes from professionals who need Polish records for clients. Tell us the reference you need and we will handle it directly.
